Ein weißer Wein aus roten Trauben. Handgelesene Spätburgundertrauben aus Ungsteiner Lagen werden direkt nach der Ernte schonend gepresst und verarbeitet. Die Farbe verbleibt in den Schalen und es entsteht ein sanft umschmeichelnder Burgundertyp, der die Eleganz des Spätburgunders zum Ausdruck bringt.

Frische Fruchtaromen von Pfirsich und Mirabelle, angenehme Würzigkeit. Am Gaumen zart schmelzend mit verspielter Säure.
