Spätburgunder, ausgebaut im großen Holzfass - zart und elegant. Er duftet nach Himbeere und Kirschen, hat einen angenehm frischen Abgang. Durch das einjährige Lager auf der Hefe im großen Holzfass bekommt der Wein eine perfekte Balance zwischen Struktur, Tannin und Samtigkeit. 

Im Sommer gerne mal leicht gekühlt probieren.
